Ruined my paint + started charging me extra on the day of fitting + the guy had the audacity to tell me to wait 20 minutes near his van because he parked on the double line. AVOID!!
Avoid this place. The owner Imtiaz is extremely rude, very unprofessional and has an ego the size of a large commercial building he's trying to floor. Let him continue to ride his own little Rainbow to nowhere! There are plenty of carpet/flooring companies out there who will be extremely grateful for your business.
Brilliant service from Imtiyaz at Rainbow carpets. Bed is absolutely amazing. Great service from the delivery team. Bed delivered within 7 days as promised.
My mum had stairwell carpet replaced yesterday (B Road) - the workmanship was excellent but the best part was the customer service right from the start to finish. Every business can learn from these guys how to make customers feel valued and they communicated so well at every stage. The first time I would ever give a business and customer experience the full marks.
