You go in on the weekend to have a look at flooring. They say they'll call you back on the following Monday with pricing as they need to check with supplier Then they don't call you back at all Also, poor customer service. Staff didn't even know what they were talking about with 2 of their own staff contradicting each other with the advice they were giving If you don't want to do any business, just say so from the start. Saves both our times...
I was driving behind one of their vans today, 26/5/26. Reg HX16FGK. going down st Margaret's way the passenger threw rubbish out of his window and into some bushes. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

We purchased all our wood floor from rainbow carpets, the quality of the wood floor is amazing, the fitting looks beautiful and the house looks great. Highly recommend rainbows, they listen to you and cater to what you want. Thank you again!
