Nothing but great things to say about Rainbow Carpets. I had to darken their halls a few times as it became increasingly clear my freeholder was unlikely to approve my original plan of a hardwood floor at my ground floor flat any time soon, and every time I turned up to the store to mill about and ask silly questions like "would.. carpet tiles work maybe?" I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Rainbow Carpets, stay well away. Extremely poor communication then will blame the customer and be very rude over the phone.
