Not a lot of properties at all was disappointed actually!
Had a leaking roof in front room contacted them and in the end had to call local council to come out and they told them sort it or face fines as was walking around in 3inchs of water in front room now a week and a bit later they've stopped the leak now have to wait and see how long for new carpet and 3 seater as sucked the water up and now everything stinks . Thank you to wyre council for helping resolve this and now with getting everything back to normal hopefully before Christmas or will be sat in a mouldy room smelling @@... read more
Great landlords, sort any issues very quickly
I faffed about that much I missed the flat. Lost £100. My fault completely. Diane is lovely. I would recommend Raikes to anyone!
As a landlord I can highly recommend Raikes Properties they have done a fantastic job of managing my properties, being overseas I know my properties are in safe hands. Diane and Jane are fantastic!
