Although the cancellation of the race is out of RAGNARs control, refunding the money is well within their control and they have chosen not to do it. As such, I choose to no longer support them.
Beware to all teams for races canceled due to Covid-19. Ragnar is standing behind their NO REFUND policy and will only give you options to defer to another race with "no fees." How generous of you to make everyone think you are doing teams a favor 🙄🙄🙄 They also continue to accept NEW NON-REFUNDABLE registrations for races in April 2020, knowing that they are under review for cancellation due to worldwide pandemic. DO NOT SIGN UP!! How completely irresponsible on behalf of Ragnar Events, LLC!

Ragnar is a 12-person team relay running race going over 36 hours and is a greatly executed fitness event.
