we signed up as a team for Cincinnati, they cancelled due to covid. they said they won't reschedule in Cincinnati so the closest race is a trail race 3 hrs away. My team signed up for pavement not trails. Ragnar refuses to reschedule or reimburse us. we lost 100s of dollars. Do not recommend ever doing Ragnar races unless you want to be ripped off
Canceled our race because of covid (acceptable) Did not reschedule the race, will not refund our team, and ignored our emails/messages (unacceptable) I was really excited about this race but due to my team's experience, I will not be participating in the future.
You can stop taking money for races that you’re not going to do! Especially, with military families and no refund. Paid for something that didn’t exist. I will never give a dollar to your company-boo! Totally not pro military, Ragnar sucks

I’m never running a Ragnar Race again. The cancellation policy is ridiculous. Offering No refunds is absurd.
The Vermont Trail race was cancelled due to COVID. Ragnar made us defer our registration to 2021 (which we were fine with). When the 2021 schedule was released there were no trail races within a 6-8 hour drive. I asked Ragnar to be refunded my $1260 team registration fee since there isn't a comparable race in our area. Wasatch Back got canceled in 2020. To “make up for it” they give us a code to register for free for 2021 but cut the price in half and then change from a 12 person team to a 6 person team. They refuse to give money back to make the difference. Thanks for stealing my money and refusing to give it back. This is VERY dishonest.
