I’ve run several Ragnar relays and have had a great time, even though they are very expensive. We just found out the the Tennessee Sprint relay has been canceled even though it’s in September! No refund! We have to pick a race that may not even exist a year from now. UNACCEPTABLE! Ragnar just turned off twenty plus runners that probably won’t ever do a Ragnar event again after this. Horrible decision making!

By canceling the races ragnar broke the contract with people who signed up to run and must repay all money's given to them. if you are having problems getting your money back, get in touch with the Utah attorney general and the media (or any other organization you think can help). they are keeping millions of dollars of peoples money as profit during a time when people will need that money the most. https://attorneygeneral.utah.gov/

Great organization, run by a small, dedicated staff. The attention the race directors give to each race is incredible. It’s really the people who make the organization, and every race, so super awesome. 10/10, top shelf humans, would highly recommend.

Our race was canceled due to COVID-19, which we completely understand and appreciate. However, Ragnar is refusing to refund race fees and that’s just BAD business. We will not participate in any future Ragnar events.

Unethical to deny refunds with a pandemic cancelling everything....All travel and events are offering refunds EXCEPT Ragnar. If Ragnar cancelled than they owe people refunds.

I’m extremely disappointed that we volunteered to register a team for a race 2.5 months away that they have now cancelled with no option of refund. We hadn’t quite filled their spots yet and will definitely not be able to now with our only options being to wait a year or travel to a different race (because somehow that’s safer during this unprecedented pandemic?). We are ALL hurting during these times and if we are not able to follow through with the race that we signed up for then we should be refunded, it is outrageous for... read more

Very unethical company. Not refunding money because of the Covid-19 makes you look extremely greedy especially with limited overhead for event. Companies/events with a huge overhead can even refund money.

A world wide pandemic - no refund option? Why not charge a percentage for a refund? I hope you cleared this with Reebok.
