The hotel was dirty, they never cleaned our room even after complaining multiple times. They only came to change the sheets and towels after the 2nd day. We only came home in the evening bc we were out with the family. On the 3rd day we found the nasty vomit behind the pullout couch that my son was sleeping on. Even after showing them the picture of it, no one came to our room. I brought my father in law with me hoping to get better treatment but it only escalated the situation. Hotel was disguisting. Had no business being open. Not clean at all. Rooms had cobwebs all over & next room they put ya in was the same with the exception of black mold/dirt all in the vents. Since we couldn’t get our deposit back we had to stay. Spent $25 in cleaners to clean the room ourselves. Ohhhh coffee was expired also. Definitely didn’t take advantage of cleaning while closed due to Covid and still didn’t after they opened. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Worse hotel service!!!!! I made a reservation online with snap travel, when I got there to check in there was no staff to check in we waited 30 min. Once staff finally arrives they tell me they canceled my reservation because rate was too low. I never heard such a thing. They gave me a room at their rate & of course was higher. Next day I see my original reservation was never canceled as I got charged through snap travel then the hotel charged me, took me 2 hours to get my refund and the front desk staff was rude even though... read more
