RecommendedFriendly staff and a quiet atmosphere

Probably the last place anyone would need or want to spend a night. The pricing is decent, however the quality and cleanliness is terrible and I cannot say is consistent. Rooms are ok, an include some nice amenities but seem very dated. This place needs an overhaul renovation. The location is OK, but not really close to much..most restaurants for families are about 2 to three miles away. in actual central Park. There are a few places to eat nearby but just ok. This hotel has been the worse stay of any.
Rooms were fifthy, chair arms were greasy. Had to move to another room, air didn’t work. Nephew and his family in another room, opened up couch for kids to sleep, rat droppings everywhere. Carpet dirty. I would not recommend to anyone
12 of us went to MAGGIE VALLEY INN THIS WEEKEND FOR THE FOURTH. IT WAS THE WORST PLACE EVER, Sat rain storm started, lost power, and ALL EMPLOYEES LOCKED UP AND ABANDED THE PROPERTY. IT WAS NOT EQUIPED WITH LIGHTS IN STAIR CASES, HALLWAYS, OUTSIDE AND EVEN IN THE PARKING LOT. MANY GUEST LEFT AS IT GOT DARKER. FOR YOUR SAFETY, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. also 2 people got stuck in the elevator when the power went off . so we had to call 911 for help because no one was there . also our tub was filling up with water as we took a... read more
RecommendedNice place to stay nice and very clean. They have great staff. Breakfast was awesome. I really recommend this place to stay. Am coming back soon
