was disgusting, dirty carpets, a chicken bone in the clothes closet, falling in ceiling tiles. This place is the pits. You would think with COVID going on they would improve their cleanliness practices. Do not stay thete! Over priced for a slum motel! It reminds you of a crack house motel

The first room we were checked in to was not clean, so we had to request another room, which was accommodated easily. However, the new room was clearly smaller than the first and included less furniture. I asked about a rate reduction at the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything for me. I emailed the manager yesterday and still haven't heard anything from them. The website says the slide is open every day, but this is not true as it was open only one night of our two night stay. All services are not available due to the over hyped COVID but still are charged as if they are being available.

RUN, don't walk. If I hadn't already paid for the room, I would have left. We booked for 3 days, walked into a room with filthy carpets {"We're getting those steam cleaned. We know about that, ma'am}, There were cigarette burns in their "no smoking" rooms. Apparently a child had stayed, because there were child-height dirty prints on the curtains, In addition, the amenities were suspended, so there was no hot breakfast nor pool, just a couple of granola bars, water, and vending machine "muffins" in a paper bag.
