Do NOT stay here!! Syndee at the front desk gave our room away, so when we checked in, she had to give us a smaller room. She used my card to make MULTIPLE charges on the other person’s room. I’m talking over $800 worth of charges!!! She assured me that they were holds on my account and they would go away as soon as I checked out the next morning. That is absolutely not the case. Not clean enough for me. The bathroom light is hanging down out of the ceiling. Very disappointed.

First, we called the direct hotel number and requested two adjoining rooms. We were told that would be no problem. When we arrived, however, we were told they didn’t have adjoining rooms. So they gave us two separate rooms, which didn’t really help us since we have several children. Unbelievable experience...checked into a room In went into the restroom and find crap on the toilet! I’m completely disgusted and disappointed. With COVID crazy in the world the least you could do is clean the restroom. The general manager Lisa Wahlmeir apologized with no empathy. We checked out and will never ever stay at a place like this again. Ever!!!! Do not stay here. Wait last thing... marijuana smell so awful and told it is hemp in someone’s beard! Wth you get that poor excuse from. Pathetic
