We checked in last Friday and the room was filthy. The floors were dirty, trash in the trash cans and the beds looked like someone had been laying on them. The bathroom floor was dirty and soap from the previous occupant was still in the tub. When we talked to the front desk she offered another room that was even dirtier. Recommendeda GRRRRRREAT vacation destination
I was in town for a funeral and was told we would get a discount. When I called to reserve a room they didn’t know about the discount. I called back 4 times was told someone would call me back no one ever did! I get there to check in and they still quote me the wrong price. She gets a lady who “fixed” it. I check in get to my room and check my card they charged me twice, and neither were the right price. I go back to the front desk she says it’s a pending charge to make sure my card works. RecommendedWe’ve been here a few times and normally a quite stay , first time on the first floor , never again someone’s young kids running around for over 3 hours in the evening , than again early morning, guess they’re parents don’t believe in discipline , I didn’t complain noise stopped by 9pm .
