Front Desk unable to give receipts for purchases! Essential hardware broken/missing in restroom :-(
Stayed overnight recently and I will stayed there in February. My room was clean and the bed was a sleep number bed. Very, very comfortable. I had never slept on this type of bed before and it was an amazingly, awesome experience. However, the Wifi was intermittent and the next morning the TV would not come on for 15 minutes. I had the same problem during my stay earlier in the year. The front desk blamed it on their cable company both times. I probably will not stay there again because of these problems.
We had a great time here. Staff was very nice. We stayed mid-week and their bar/restaurant had a manager's special with free hors deres, free beer, and skittles bingo early evening. We also ordered dinner which was very good. Our room was very nice, clean, and the king bed was very comfortable.
So my boyfriend and I spent the weekend for Freak Fest at Radisson Hotel in Madison and Jason and Ben were the shuttle bus drivers and they drove us to where the game was when my boyfriend realized he left the tickets in the room. We were able to call the hotel and have them turn around pick us back up and drive us back to the hotel and back to where the capitol was and they saved us a 30 min walk by dropping us off right in the front practically.
