RecommendedGreat location and extremely comfortable.
Not a bad hotel to stay at if you are in the Madison area. My room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I was however, a little bit disappointed that they had a limited selection on snacks and did not have much choices on salty snacks such as potato chips, and I think it would be easier for me if my assigned room was closer to the front desk because it was a long walk for me to get to the front desk from my room since I have some problems with my legs. The hallways are quite long in this facility.
Poor customer service. Not going to visit another time :(
They have the Best beds ever. Our favorite place to stay when in Madison.
