@Radisson Hotel Madison hotel We've just experienced the most Shocking treatment from staff at Radison Hotel Madison in Wisconsin, USA.We and several other guests arrived to find filth, human faeces, hair, blood and stains in the rooms and on bedding. Oh goodness the meeting room is freezing. HVAC needed ASAP.
Unfortunately, I stayed for 1.5 weeks and seemed to encounter several issues. First I was charged the entire 1.5 week worth of stay upfront when they were suppose to just use my card as a $20 hold as my work was paying for my stay. They only set our hotel keys up for a couple days, having to go get them reset to enter our room. I purposely hung out by the pool to kill time for my room to be cleaned only to watch the housekeeper pass up my room, so I had to go ask her for towels, tp, and to please take my trash. The front desk staff was nice and rooms were clean. The twist restaurant on the other hand was very messy. Table had crumbs all over and floor was filthy. Hairdryer in the room had big clump of someone elses hair on back

Staff at the Restaurant and bar were rude I did hear other guests complain about the manager there I was refused service because they were “busy” I am a former employee what happened to Yes I Can training
This is the first hotel I've stayed at where the television in the room has the A/V inputs disabled and the available remote is almost worthless. Now I'll never see Robot Jox during this vacation.
