Recommendedgreat staff, nice ballroom, convenient location.
Go to the hotel at 4pm when check in is at 3pm and our room wasn’t ready!! We booked a king bed instead got a room with 2 double bed. We weren’t offered anything for the inconvenience, front desk staff weren’t friendly and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. We came to see the Rotary Lights and help a proposal. Not the best experience.
RecommendedEarly check in was appreciated! My husband has a procedure at Cancer Treatment center of America in Philadelphia. Wonderful to unload the car, get settled and then head over to CTCA
RecommendedI had a very nice stay here!!! The staff was so very nice and helpful!!! The Breakfast was so much to pick from and so delicious !!! Thanks Mrs Mae for all your kindness and help during breakfast!!! Also thanks to BJ too!!! All the help was A+!!!! I will be staying there again !!!!!
