So I’ve only been in my room for approximately 4 hours and I’m already looking into new hotels. First, I place a reservation a week before my trip for $83 a night. When I arrived my bill was $378 for two nights. The woman I talked to blatantly lied to me over the phone, if I had her name I would gladly post it. This is the first hotel I've stayed at where the television in the room has the A/V inputs disabled and the available remote is almost worthless. Now I'll never see Robot Jox during this vacation.
RecommendedThe desk staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. They went above and beyond to make sure the guests received the services they needed. Even the shuttle drivers were friendly. They also provide room services for those in need.
RecommendedOverall the hotel itself was fine. My biggest complaint was the Atrium Bistro. First night we got there we went for dinner. My kids got Mac n cheese and a grilled cheese. Their food was brought out to them AND finished before the adult food was even served. My Caesar salad for $9 with the added chicken at $7 caused my $16 appetizer (literally off the app menu) to have high hopes for a delicious salad. RecommendedVery friendly front desk people! One of the many official hotels of Sesame Place. The hotel is clean and the standard rooms are spacious enough for three people. Love the indoor pool and the fact that they have different activities for kids/family everyday. If I ever come back in this area, will book this hotel again.
Breakfast buffet was good kids where entertained by the pool fresh towels every day so it was a good place to stay coffee was the best !
