I have emailed and posted here. You don't respond. That is poor customer service. I will not recommended your hotel.
Booked the room over expedia. Called the hotel last week to confirm and was treated like shit. After complaining to a manager my room was confirmed. Having booked the room 3 months ago, when we went to check in we were told that the room wasn't available.... They were full?!?! Settled for another room, but asked if they would call us when the room was ready. Check in is 4. We did not get a call. So we checked in at 4:20. Awful service.. Not friendly.. Gave our room to someone else.. Key never worked for underground parking, with 4 different attempts. No one apologized for anything.
Horrible experience! Made our reservation 5 months ago, but get here and got the wrong room, not enough beds, not enough park passes and horrible customer service!
