We came last year for the first time & loved it! My grand kids slept over & loved the bunk beds. We came back this year and had an even better time. Sandy, at the front desk was super helpful & friendly. We've decided this is our new tradition! It's great being able to walk downstairs to the water park.
This hotel has the worst customer service possible from the supervisor on down!! I would never book a stay at this hotel again!!
They definitely have some issues with their housekeeping department. Halls were filthy and outside was filled with trash all over and around the building. The customer service is terrible i had to ask for a crib 3 times and finally 7 hours later one arrived. I called and left a message with the General Manager about the issues and never recieved a call back. The restaurant food at dinner was awful along with the cleanliness.
Horrible!!! Do NOT stay at this poor excuse for a hotel!!!
Very large rooms enjoying my stay will come again.
I have checked in this hotel.we love the water park and like the hotel..nice and clean...big room.and nice heavy comport. .
