Large room. Seems like housekeeping needs lesson in making beds, or the hotel needs bigger sheets. Just not a good fit. Hotel, in general, seems lacking in customer service. The rep who checked us in was not welcoming, informative, or easy to understand at all. Waitress in the Split Rock Grille seemed to forget we were there, even though we were, literally, her only customers. Shuttle driver, though, was exceptional. Horrible hotel! Booked a premium room that was thoroughly disgusting! We checked out immediately and were told we wouldn't be charged. Guess what - we were charged 4 full nights when we weren't even there for 30 minutes!!! I've called twice and was told the manager would call me back and she still hasn't!
