The room was really nice. The kids loved the bunk beds. The water park was great also. The kids had a blast between there and the arcade. Only downside was the parking and only 1 entrance and when you have to park in the back, walking all the way around with a 1 & 4 year old in December and 30° is an inconvenient struggle. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great experience. It was my daughters 18th birthday celebration. It was so convenient. The shuttle picked us up at the Airport. It also took us to and from the Mall of America. . And then after check out...we had a nice and convenient ride back to the airport. The room was excellent... The front desk was very helpful. My only concern was the slow elevator service.
In need of some TLC. Rented a family suite, pillows on the couch were dirty, items were left behind the couch from previous guests, holed in the chairs at the table. Not worth the money. Thankfully it was for an 11 year olds birthday and the kids did not notice! It used to be nice years ago.
If not for Sandy at the front desk, the rating would have been a 2. Our reservation (confirmed for 2 connected rooms, pool side for 4 adults and 6 children) was not communicated to the front desk. We were upgraded to a suite (that our guests got to enjoy because of 4 kids although WE paid for the trip) and the connected room, which only had a King bed :(. We weren't going to have our kids sleep on the floor, so we were moved AGAIN to the 5th floor. NO connected rooms with our party guests. This was for my daughter's Birthday... read more
