Would not spend the money to stay here another night. Our room smelled so bad. Like someone urinated all over the room. We finally figured out that the smell was coming from one of the bunk bed mattresses. How someone "cleaning" this room could not smell it was beyond me. It was almost unbearable to be in the room. They did not leave us any wash cloths or coffee in the room. Walls are paper thin. Could hear banging on walls and floor above us all night long. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. Quite nice accommodations. Was an airplane goof that landed us here overnight unexpectedly (no pun intended). The room was very nice, and had a unique amenity that 8 would have loved to be able to find years ago when traveling with kids: A separate bedroom with 4 bunk beds for kids. Also a water park indoors (not that we took advantage of either, but nice to have). The bar/lounge was open late so we could get a bite to eat and a drink before bed. Very nice place and the room was great had everything you could of wanted in a room, it has a huge indoor water park and game room that I'm bet the kids would and grandkids would love

The water park was disgusting!! Over flowing garbage cans, garbage and gum on the stairs. Thinking by the second day would of been picked up. The pool water was cloudy. the hallways of the motels the carpets were not clean. For the price we paid I was not happy with it. The cleaning crew used main elevators making it hard for people to use. Resturant in the water park was completely out of food didn't plan accordingly for the place being booked at capacity.

This place was great, we stayed Christmas night and during the day stayed at water park. Considering that it was holiday the staffing was really nice, definitely coming back. Best $300+ we spent in long time, getting 4 tickets to nickelodeon all day pass and same goes for water park it was definitely worth it. Thank you and God bless the once that took their time to work and be with my family instead of yours 5*

We missed our flight and Delta gave us rooms there nothing but good things from the hotel made us feel welcome even tho it was 11:45 at nite would stay there anytime I go back to the cities

Last night I had an unexpected overnight stay in Bloomington and was blown away by this place. To be honest I travel A LOT but I rarely ever think of Radisson as an accommodation option that fits my needs. This stay has changed that and I will certainly consider Radisson during my future travels. The front desk staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the room was not only super comfortable but also super clean. Airport Shuttle was free and the drivers were professional and helpful.
