Worst experience ever in a hotel...customer service not there at all...from the moment we checked in prices varied until check out. Which mind you we paid cash and card was still ran...then the complaint department is to respond in 48 hrs...What a joke!!...

Remodeled a bit at a time, over several years. Nothing looks great, no overall sense of class. Rather, it looks like a neglected hotel that should cost a lot less
The staff was AWESOME. Brian Peterson is an amazing event planner!
Great place. Close to zoo, shopping and easy access to almost everywhere in Milwaukee. If you can get a room. I tried booking 2 months in advance with no luck.
