I gave this a 1 star, poor rating because of the house keeping staff. My daughter had two items stolen out of her room (610) during our stay over this weekend. We’ve stayed at many Radisson hotels in the past, but this experience was the worst! We called the front desk and corporate to report the incident, but still haven’t heard back. Terrible !!!!
Here on business 7th floor was quiet and room was spotless No problems during stay and the staff and service were excellent.
Terrific people. Great food at Jimmys. My room was as clean as it could be. Everything was neat and orderly and to be honest I gave the biggest tip they ever gave to the housekeeper.
I like it. The place is not noisy even at second floor room. The breakfast and lunch is convenient with the Jimmy’s Grill and iguana bar below it . Room have good view to see across the streets. Mall is nearby walking distance.
Was there for lunch with ladies in Milwaukee community event the service was extremely slow looks like several people may have called out sick and there several managers on floor. I had chicken and pasta it was awful!
Beautiful hotel. Staff excellent. Rooms lovely and clean.
