My first trip ever to Milwaukee, & my first time ever staying at a Radisson.... experience was AWFUL- this was my worst travel experience to date. Milwaukee is beautiful, but my stay at this hotel was THE WORST!
The upgrade they made the hotel better the service and its so clean
Fabulous desserts for our family reunion. Banquet choices were delicious, ample.
As a guest at your hotel who booked a room with 2 double beds and all you have available is king room DO NOT stand there and blame everyone else. You did not one time apologize for the inconvenience. You did not care. I am your customer. What are you going to do to make sure I remain a Radisson customer?? I heard you give the same sad story to 2 other customers in 5 minutes. Pitiful. We will not be back.
Stayed in a nice room. 803. 801 room had a thin wall or vent to our room. Heard everything! They were not being unusually load. Do not stay in 803. Nothing from the people in 805. Ate in the restaurant. Food was so so. Service friendly but terribly slow. They did give us a free desert. Breakfast service and food much better. We had done the Brewers package. It was fun to have the gift certificate and snacks. Other shuttles from hotel said they gave shuttle without having to buy a package. Might try it next time.
First time staying but not the last. Pete was so amazing to drop us off at miller park even when we missed the shuttle. Pickup from the field was awesome. Bed was super comfy and the restaurant was delish this morning for breakfast
