RecommendedAwesome hotel restaurant is great!
We have stayed here several times and each time we say that we won't return. The convenient location and restaurant is what brings us back. The staff at this hotel is horrible. We have arrived to find a dirty bathroom (the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks!). We have ordered room service that never came. We have dealt with rude staff throughout the hotel and restaurant. Twice we've come and there was no Wi-Fi and had to spend an hour on the phone with their internet company to get it working. You couldn’t ask for better hosts or better hospitality!! Very high level of service wrapped in Harley Davidson shirts !! That’s the way to take care of your customers and support your industries !!! Absolutely amazing !!!
Reception was pretty rude with check in no breakfast wasn’t told about anything wont book again
My family has stayed at this hotel for Children’s Hospital of WI appointments, and recently for the zoo package offered. The only downside is the 4:00 check in, with no option to check in early. We have been pleased with the accommodations and the zoo package was outstanding!
