I went here to get some links taken out of my watch and they made me feel more than welcome and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I recently worked with Paul Barnes on the purchase of a men's Brietling watch. Paul was very friendly, professional and his knowledge of watches is quite impressive. Great Jewelry store with fabulous inventory!
The staff at the Pikesville location is super friendly, and Mandy and Susan in the watch repair section were awesome! I’ve been there twice for watch repair/fitting, and they took great care of me both times! I’ll definitely go back to them for all my watch needs.
