I was told by Panerai that I would have to mail my watch back to replace a missing screw. looked up authorized Panerai dealers in Baltimore an Radcliffe was the only option. I went in and not only did they change my Omega Seamaster NATO strap for the bracelet I had they had the screw in stock and 15 minutes I was out with my two favorite watches in perfect condition, NO CHARGE , I highly recommend Radcliffe Jewelers for any service on any high end watch!
