I decided to stop in to have a look at a few watches that I was interested in, and immediately I was greeted by Ms Kristen. She was professional, friendly, easy to communicate with, and most importantly, super knowledgeable about watches. I ended up purchasing a timeless timepiece. I am blown away at how great my experience was. Will definitely be a customer for years to come. Super recommended!!!

Several months ago I met with Rob Mullendore to help me redesign my ten year anniversary present/birthday gift: an upgrade to my engagement ring. Rob was so helpful! It took some time for them to hand make my new ring, but it came out insanely gorgeous and I’m so in love with it! Thank you Rob, the service team, and Radcliffe Jewelers for making my dream ring into reality. I can’t stop looking at my hand!

Thanks to Kristen I was able to secure a Rolex for my husband’s 50th Bday! I had been in contact with a number of Authorized Rolex Jewelry stores for months. Many advised that it would be unlikely they would get in the Rolex options I was seeking as they were in high demand. Kristen at Radcliff secured one of my three top choices. My husband will be happy thanks to Kristen commitment to above and beyond. I will definitely go back and work with her and Radcliff Jewelry again.
