I went there to view a preowned watch. Erik, who responded to my email request was great. He went over the watch and answered all my questions. The watch itself was even better than advertised. It was a smooth transaction with no pressure. I will definitely check these guys for my next purchase.
My engagement ring was in need of repair and so I decided to look into some new settings at Radcliffe in Pikesville. I couldn't decide on a style that quite fit what I had in mind. Todd suggested working with Marley, a designer. Both, Todd and Marley painstakingly helped me to design a STUNNING ring that was within my budget!
We got our bands from the one in Pikesville and it was such a smooth process! Great customer service and we were fortunate enough to visit during their big half off sale! I would recommend Frances, she was so wonderful to work with :)
My fiancé and I had an excellent experience while shopping for our wedding bands at the Towson location. We tried several other high end jewelers in the area and weren't crazy about their sales tactics. Radcliffe was professional and had a laid back sales approach. We found beautiful bands and were treated wonderfully!

I came into the store today in the beginning stages of looking for a watch to give to my fiancé for a wedding present. The gentleman assisting us, Valdo, was extremely informative and had my fiancé try on all the watches he had his eye on to see what would be the best fit for him. Thank you for the wonderful customer service, and when the time comes to purchase the watch, I will be back !
I use Radcliffe for the majority of my jewelry purchases and hostess gifts. I love vintage and one-of-a kind pieces and Michael Gedraitis is my go to man at Pikesville location - amazing attitude, very good understanding of customer's taste, and great service. Shout out to Frances - thank you so much for taking care of all my repair and replacement needs! I like brands that the store carries and am always able find a lovely piece at agreeable price. Last but not least - February sales are not to be missed!
