Mark was my sales associate and he was friendly, helpful, and had no hint of “high pressure” in his approach. The store is well laid out and very appealing. It’s dangerous for someone addicted to jewelry!

My Tudor watch stopped working after nine months. I returned it to Radcliffe for repairs. Each commitment and communication with Radcliffe has been broken. Two-three weeks became five weeks, five weeks became ten weeks and ten weeks has now become twenty weeks. I have no expectations that my watch will be ready at that time.

I was looking for a very personal keepsake regarding my parents as my father passed a few years ago and my mother just passed. I wanted to exchange their pieces of jewelry for one very special piece.
