We’ve just moved into the area and we’re really pleased to have found this practice. I’ve unfortunately had to contact them a few times since moving in, and on each occasion they’ve been kind, extremely efficient and helpful. Such an improvement on our last 2 GP practices. They have a very active Patient Participation Group which also raises funds for the surgery. I have been a patient of Radbrook Green Surgery for two years. I have found all staff co-operative and friendly. If necessary, I have been seen by a Dr if I feel my symptoms are urgent. If I need medical support outside of G.P. hours, I phone 111. There is always a Nurse Clinician or Dr to speak to.
After a prompt ‘phone call I was seen within minutes by the doctor who fixed my ‘tennis elbow’ with prescribed medication. Brilliant!
