Disgustin̈g treatment by the receptionists. Continuously rude.
What a shocking visit this morning. Treated my friend poorly. I dont want to say they are racist, but the doctor was rude to my ESL friend, but when her English husband came in, change of attitude, and spoke to him nicely. Avoid this practise.
Excellent service by Dr Roberts, Karen on reception and Sandra, the nurse. Thank you all.
