Great staff Office staff is very helpful and courteous. I recently had a maintenance problem and it was quickly resolved. Chico & Rod are very efficient and very friendly.

Easy to work with! Sierra in the leasing center has been amazing to work with!! Anytime I’ve needed anything, from a maintenance request to documents she has been quick to respond and so pleasant to work with. Maintenance is always quick to make repairs and I never have to wait. I would absolutely recommend Racquet Club!

so far so good We have made the decision to move in following an excellent guided tour by Vanessa on August 7th. In comparison to other apartments we've viewed in the city, this place stands out for its well-organized environment and extra amenities. The rent is also reasonable in contrast to other options, and the staff has been incredibly accommodating. Everything is going smoothly for now! I'll update my feedback if any issues arise :)

Excellent Maintenance!! We recently moved and had some minor maintenance activities that needs to be taken care. Dan and Matt, the maintenance crew were truly awesome and took care of the things quickly and to perfection. They also followed up to ensure everything was working fine and were always approachable when needed.

Nice apartment and staff is great I've got one of the one bedrooms and I'm generally happy with it but what really shines is the staff. Chico and Rog in maintenance are great.

quick and efficient I cannot thank Sierra in the leasing department more for being so diligent throughout my moving process. I had less than a month to find a home and she made it happen for me. I ran into some maintenance issues when I moved in and Sierra got it taken care of in the blink of an eye. Very communicative and efficient. The quickest maintenance team I’ve ever had.

Nice apartments, great staff! I lived there with my family and had good experiences. The apartment was great and clean, the maintenance guys were very attentive and on time when requested and the office staff were nice as well, specially VANESSA, I can literally say the she was the reason we decided to stay there, she took us for a tour to show us all installations and the apartment before we rent and was very detailed, attentive all time and always with good humor to hear our questions about anything, she is very profession... read more

Excellent maintenance crew ALWAYS I have never lived in a property that has such effective, reliable and prompt maintenance. A special thank you to Dan and Matt for putting in my dishwasher today they were in and out so quickly also thanks to Chico and his partner for all of their help as well over the past few months. 5 stars to all!
