I feel that, while they tried to validate my feelings, they did not seriously attempt to treat me beyond charging out of pocket for expensive options completely without forethought. This is not commensurate with how much they will charge you.
I’ve been a patient for several years. Every provider I’ve worked with there has been amazing and kind. Dr. Rubin has not only helped me with my chronic medical issues, but identified a critical vitamin deficiency which has now been fixed, and also addressed my hormones. No other doctor had screened for/suggested medications for these items. Dr. Rubin treats your entire self, and thinks outside the box. Take my advice and see her, she could change your life for the better!
I'm a patient of Dr. Klos and wrote a review on her page. But I wanted to come over here to celebrate Sophia, the Patient Relations Manager! I was interested in coming to this practice but feeling exhausted after years of unfortunate medical encounters. So I filled the online form out then ran out of steam, didn't call for an appointment. It was Sophia who called ME, explained everything, and got me in the door. I am feeling SO MUCH BETTER. Sophia is the angel directly responsible for the relief of my suffering!
Dr. Rubin and her team (Dr. Klos & Dr. Vaccaro) are absolutely brilliant doctors, amazing listeners, and fierce advocates for women around sexual health, menopause, and painful intercourse. As a certified sex therapist, Dr. Rubin’s practice is frankly the only group I recommend for my patients. They are hands down the absolute best, and I feel like I refer men and women there on almost a daily basis!
I was lucky enough to hear about Dr Rubin from another health care provider. Becoming a patient of hers has been life changing. It's difficult enough to be facing sexual health issues, but trying to talk about them to a health care provider is really hard. Dr. Rubin makes that task so much easier.
