FIRST CLASS From the moment you enter you are welcomed and treated with such kindness and understanding. I only dealt with the youngest of the staff and was blown away by their knowledge, attitude, attention and care. An outstanding example of the next generation of medical care! So thankful.
Have been a patient of Dr Rubin' practice for almost 3 years now. So awesome to have access to her team & improved quality of life. Continue to appreciate our improved care and continued learning and understanding of our sexual health and body changes as we age.
What a giant waste of time. I went through all the steps to schedule an initial consultation, called at least 5 times to try and schedule, playing phone tag. Over a month later, they called me back and said Dr. Rubin isn't taking any more patients and the first available appointment with another doctor in her practice is January. They should just tell you this before wasting your time filling in forms, gathering and uploading all your medical records and entering a credit card for the consultation. I'm so grateful for Dr. Rubin and for Grace Hauer. They make me feel like family - heard, validated, and always there for me.
I'm a primary care doctor and I've been referring to Dr. Rubin and learning from her for many years. So grateful for the work she is doing to change women's health and sexual medicine. Whenever I have a hormone or sexual medicine question that I don't know the answer to myself, I turn to Rachel! Highly Recommend!
