On 30th of December 2024 I went to this bank to ask if I can order new card and pick it up at the bank, because I do not have postbox that is only my own + half of my neighbeurs are not trust worthy. A woman/ an employe around 50 years old, when I explained it to her, she said: "there should be such an option" then she asked me for my card, logged in with it to the system, started to look/search for something and in maybe half minute I hear: "Oooops". Called them and they said I could come in and open a bank account without an appointment. I went there and then they said I have to do it online. I am going to open a bank account _online_ with another bank.
