RA was recommended by friends of friends. We discussed our home refurbishment project for 7 months with Ally and he visited several times. We agreed scope of works, price and start date. We ordered kitchen units to be delivered. One month before start date he just stopped responding to emails and phone calls. His receptionist informed us a site manager had quit and that Ally had to replace him, but no apology or phone call. We were just left high and dry and lost 6months. Unreliable.

Reception are always very polite and friendly when I call, however have been chasing for 2+ months to speak to in house surveyor regarding an insurance claim and have not had a call back despite calling multiple times a week. All emails have also been ignored.

RA Contracts installed a wet room in my bathroom and they did a great job and all the tradesmen involved were first class. Would not hesitate to use them again.

R & A have undertaken a replacement ceiling in my kitchen which was badly damaged by water. Their tradesmen performed extremely well and restored the ceiling to its original standard. They were efficient and left the kitchen in an extremely tidy state. Considering they had to travel from Dundee to Kirkcaldy the job was well planned and we were kept up to date by Ali. Thanks again everyone, you all earned a 5 out of 5. Robin & Irene Thomson.
