Went here for a couple of parts today that I needed, and the young lad that helped me was
Poor Communication: Went to buy a replacement Fiat 500 passenger door handle, which the previous day male member of staff quoted £20 to my wife on Wednesday, said to collect the following day. I went to collect it, so I can get it fitted to the car, however, I go to pay and it's now £25?! So I phone the wife to double check and she's yes it's £20 as they verbal contractual agreed as their price.
