Top notch service.. Right on Time whenever needed.. Just a little dispute over taking full load.. Other than that, full star service..
Cancelled a grab an hour before the scheduled arrival due to bad weather conditions but they turned up anyways and started loading some of the waste from my garden and threatened to fly tip onto council property if I didn’t pay them. I couldn’t get to the site to pay the driver (reason for cancelling the grab) so I called the office to pay due to being threatened and the rude guy on the phone hung up on me several times until finally they took a payment but for £70 more than was agreed.
