Company used for insurance claim. They have been out 3 times, replacing managed tiles they installed and partially installing new tiles, giving multiple excuses as to why the job is incomplete. They have not asked once if I am happy with the work they have completed. The work is still complete. They have now wiped their hands of the job. I am now having to go through the insurance for them to complete the job. Stay away.

Was supposed to turn up to fix an issue with ventilation in my loft as it's full of condensation and completely wet up there, no one turned up, not even a call. I eventually call up and I'm then told they ran out of materials so that's why they didn't come round and I need to wait until next week for a phone call to book an appointment. Pretty shocking, they should have at least called me to say they ran out and can't fix the ventilation, and I can't even reschedule today, I have to wait until next week to then wait even fur... read more

From my experience using millers has been an absolute pleasure, the guys in the office I've spoke to have been extremely helpful and are very knowledgeable. Price was alot better than the other big roofing firm I tried. And they delivered my items in a few days of the order. I really can't thank them all enough.
