Very happy with the workmanship of this company. Cannot fault the guys who did the work and a courtesy call from the boss man afterwards was a nice touch. Highly recommended.
Very experienced outfit, Raymond Mills a very knowledgeable bloke.
Asked them to come and fix a leak from our skylight and they recommended replacing the felt around the skylight. The roof continued to leak after that and the owner was very rude and insisting it was not the felt. We asked another roofer to come out and take a look who said the felting was done badly, with lots of the felt lifting up having not been properly stuck down. Raymond and his team did some excellent work on our house. Fixed a leak on our chimney and put a handsome stone cladding around. Fixed tiles, rhone joint and a few concrete defects. Great responsiveness and communication. Professional attitude. We can highly recommend this company to everyone.
Very poor customer service. We all understand some roofers don’t to want to do smaller jobs, that’s fine but please just say first time around and don’t be so rude.
