We used RK Petty for the first time to do our annual boiler service. They were on time, professional, polite and did the work for the price quoted. Will be using them again for our boiler service and any other plumbing needs.
Great service. Contacted them, about a gas fault with my boiler, by text and got a very quick response back. They were then able to send someone that morning to have a look at the boiler. He was knew about my boiler and fixed it in about 10 mins. Haven't had the bill. But service was excellent. Many trades people don't even bother to respond. I will be using them in the future.
Did an outstanding job on our underfloor heating and plumbing to our new kitchen extension. His staff were excellent and extremely professional. Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you.
