The rudest, most patronising unprofessional establishment I have ever had the misfortune to visit. We didn’t even get the car in the garage as their approach was appalling. Obviously a very confused receptionist, doesn’t even remember what we were doing there, as she had had in her own words a ‘a very busy morning’. I pulled up in the car park, and there was a blue BMW pulling out beside me.
