I have to concur with the negative comments about David: his demeanour and lack of helpfulness. My impression was that he owns the business so of course that it is in his gift to decide whether he wants to encourage custom or not. I wanted to colour match carpets already on my stairs to lay carpet in my hallway and living room. I have no spare sample of it and took photos to shop. Cannot recommend R H Carpets; a booking to visit our home for a site measurement for quotation was booked with David. He did not turn up, and when we called the shop he answered the phone, and could not immediately recollect the booking that was done in person with him, which he also wrote down. So unprofessional, and a total waste of our time!
