The miracle of a plumber who is nice to deal with, turns up when they say they will, does a thoughtful job with and eye to detail and for us (on the original call out) went above and beyond.
Excellent service from first communication through to my kitchen taps being dealt with.Jack arrived on time, excellent communication skills and explained everything to me with photos. Hoping to have major works carried out to my house and will definitely be using R G Austin very impressed.
