Very happy customer having received superb service from Rob Downie and his work crew. We needed our roof repairing and a small outhouse roof replacing with new guttering. Rob Downie arranged to come round the following day to work out a quote. He arrived and was extremely helpful, listening to what we wanted and advising us on the best and most economical way to do it – which was so refreshing to come across, plus he explained what would happen if he was to get the job. Five star rating for Rob and his team. After a leaking valley for many months, Rob came out and diagnosed the problem straight away. Quick estimate, the work was done promptly with a friendly, efficient approach. Bedroom ceiling now drying out, can't thank these guys enough, Wendy.
Overall great job and fantastic service. Rob assures me I will no longer have water running down my walls every time it rains! I highly recommend Rob Downie, what a friendly and helpful guy.
Really pleased with the service and work from Rob and his lads. From the start he was upfront about the weather being against him all summer and that work would take time to start. Absolutely true to his word him and his lads turned up on the date agreed and did an absolutely cracking job re-felting two flat roofs and solving a horrible draft problem the previous absolute butt nugget had caused. We are all very pleased with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend him!
This is not e review of the work from R Downie. We didn't manage to get that far. After agreeing to visit a property which my daughter is in the process of purchasing to assess the roof and any potential repairs, I am am left fuming with the need to highlight the complete lack of professional courtesy and respect.
