Shocking service!!! Doesn’t reply to customer’s questions doesn’t turn up to booked appointments! How is this company in business? Stunned!

Called to arrange a boiler service after we moved into this property. Boiler had a drip leak, maintenace by previous owner seemed to have been limited to putting a bucket under the leak. Why do surveys now only consist of a brief look through the hatch into the loft? Best answer yet has been Health and Safety. What was meant to be a routine service soon became a problem as the overflow diaphragm had to be replaced on "power up". Richard dealt with all the problems as they materialised and provided a first class service.
