They are repeatedly demanding payment and a late payment fine for a property that I no longer own. All accounts were leveled up and settled upon sale of the property by my solicitor. I also rung them promptly to advise about the change of ownership and then again on a second occasion that I no longer own the property. Both times I was told to ignore these payment demands, but still they come. Demanding money with the threat of a fine is called extortion. Rude scammers! All invoices sent via an unsafe server so they end up in your junk mail and then you're hit with a "late payment fee" which coincidentally goes straight through to your main inbox? This gets chased six months later, with a threat for further legal action. Customer service is appalling and I will be looking to take this further with the ombudsman to understand how any company can continue to try and scam people like this. You only have to see their reviews to see how bad this company is.
I'm having the same issue with this company regarding payments.
