In 2022 I contacted R&B Heating for a quote for a new boiler. I spoke with Ben and received a very acceptable quote. Arrangements were made for installation and Ben & his apprentice arrived at the set time and carried out the installation. They were very professional & efficient. Fantastic job by r and b plumbing and heating new combi boiler fitted so tidy and efficient highly recommend these guys
No hot water on valiant boiler. Spoke to Ben and within 3 hours him and his team had called out assessed the boiler and fixed the problem. Explained the reason for the issue and gave info about very reasonable priced replacement should I wish to at some point. Definitely a firm I will not hesitate to contact again
