Purchased a pulley tensioner and belt from these on eBay and after 4 months as you can see parts failed. After accepting they where faulty I returned for refund, I'd had replacement parts fitted as can't afford to have the car off road while waiting on parts. I'd explained this to RandC would have thought they'd understand my predicament and been helpful. But NO these have failed to refund me and decided to send out substandard replacement parts again. You should be able to get a refund within 6 months if parts fail.
