I can not recommend this company enough! Luke came out to do the evaluation on our home and talked through the process making me wife who suffers from anxiety feel completely calm about the process. We had evaluation from outher company's but decided we would put the house on the market with ra bennets. They came out and did the photos and put the sign up and arranged a viewings a couple of days later. As first-time buyers, we had lots of queries about mortgages, and Robert, our advisor, patiently answered every one of them. He made the whole process so much easier for us. When the Bank of England recently reduced interest rates, Robert proactively got our rate lowered without us even asking. Normally, a rate change takes about a week to process, but he managed to get it done in just one day! We’re really grateful for his efficiency and support throughout the journey. Highly recommended!

From the first visit to discuss the initial sale to the final moments this estate agents are the best. We were anxious about the process having not moved for over 30 years but these guys were incredible. Helpful, supportive, available and genuinely nice people who went above and beyond. All of the staff whom I met, 4 in total, were very approachable, friendly and efficient. All of my queries were rapidly answered and I was kept very well informed of every step in the process as I sold my home. Excellent service, I personally don't have any complaints.
